How do I know that the jewellery I have bought is genuine?

Gemmuine Jewellery is a brand that is backed by over 4 generations of trust and legacy, all of our jewellery is Hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). A certificate of authenticity accompanies every purchase.

SHIPPING
Do you ship to my location/pin code in India or International?

Almost all serviceable pin-codes in India are covered.

We ship to all major international locations. If your location is not covered at the checkout process, please share your location and order details to us at contact@gemmuinejewellery.com, we will do our best to service you.

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, additional TAX, VAT, GST, Duties or miscellaneous other charges may be applied additionally to the order to receive your shipment depending upon the location of the delivery.

Can I ship to a different address other than the address provided at the time of placing the order?

In case you wish to change the shipping address please email us immediately and email us at contact@gemmuinejewellery.com An alternative address must be provided before the product has been shipped to your registered address.

How soon will I receive my order?

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 5-7 working days of you placing the order. For international orders the time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

NOTE: To prevent misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:

• Pan card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Voter identification card
• Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

I live outside India, can i order for something to be delivered within India?

Yes, you can order for something to be delivered in India as long as you provide a valid shipping address within India. Also, kindly note that we deliver only to selected cities within India. To check whether we deliver to your desired area/city kindly enter your pincode in the product page/shopping cart page/checkout page.

What if the product gets misplaced /lost in transit?

All the shipments are insured, please be assured that it is our responsibility to ensure that you have receive the ordered product.  In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the tracking number once the order ships. You can also track your orders by logging onto your Gemmuine Jewellery account.

GIFT INFORMATION

All orders are shipped in a Gemmuine Jewellery pouch and box.
Upon request we are happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized, hand written message. Please enter message in notes section during checkout process. Please specify if you would like us to include a gift receipt rather than a regular receipt.
